I had this in a box in my Lazy Daze motorhome when I bought it. I can't figure out what it is. It is void of any markings. I thought it might be a fifth wheel tripod base but it is very light so I don't think it would hold much weight. Thanks for any info.

I don't think that's a whatchamacallit.
It's a thingamajig.There is only a slight difference between the two,and
one is frequently mistaken for the other.

Yes, I see what you mean as to their similarities. Honest mistake.

It looks like a Heng's Porta-Leggs, part number HG-TL, price $53.89. Does your dinette table have the tubular table leg that pull out of a flange on the table top and on the floor. It's to allow you to move the table to other places. some folks make a table for their couch and use that setup.

With the ribbed base it's obviously supposed to have something to insert that has a matching end piece.

I saw this on a Klingon Warbird. It's a Techieon Beam emitter.
Totally useless unless you posess the reactor, so might as well use it as a table stand.

I believe it is a portable table stand to use your table somewhere besides in the RV, but it will only work if your table has a single round post, about 2 inches in diameter, support in the center of the table. If your table has 2 posts you would need another stand. It would not work with my table because it fits into a rail on the wall on one end and has a single square leg on the other end.

Cool - that makes sense. I would have also accepted - antenna for communication with alien worlds and UN black helicopters.

Thanks again.
