Soooo, does this mean if a pet fee is charged, I do not have to pick up the poop???

PA state parks not only charge for pet sites, you MUST keep you pet within that area. You are not supposed to even walk your pet into the non-pet area. Seems like people without pets (read, dogs most times) don't like having to deal with barking, snooping, and pooping pets. Really weird!

We wintered at Rainbow RV Resort in Frostproof, Fl. They provide fenced areas for your dogs. You cannot walk your dog down the street to the pet area. You must carry them by auto, golf cart, or in your arms. Everyone staying there like the rules. No poop or pee on the sides of the road. :B
