Add... Glucosamine & Condroitin (Costco).
Take one tab *faithfully* daily. Be patient - it will work.
I knew (MRI) I had torn rotator cuff.
didn't want to deal with the "down time" after surgery.
But - took a spill, broke my fall with hands out.
That did a "number" on my bad shoulder.
Couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder - no matter how hard I tried.
Took about 6 months of G & C - to get full movement back.
Still have to be careful of things that "shock" that shoulder - like
pounding nails. Use "work arounds" (like a nail gun) to avoid that.

and, camping in an RV.
every time we leave, I start to get sore arms. I couldn't figure it out for a while, then realized everything is UP. The dishes and food area mostly in cabinets way above my head. The curtains..I have to lean over the couch and tables to get to them, and the windows. A couple of windows, I've moved things to get as close to them as possible. I've started using a "reacher" for some things, but some are too heavy for that. So, I'm getting a bit better, but still a small problem. Anyone else find this happening?
