Ellie Mae (Donna Douglas) is going to turn 80 years old in September. Good luck with that no swim suit requirement. 🙂

Turtle have you ever refused to do business at any business at all based on any reason whatsoever? What if their prices were too high or what if you don't like their products? What if you walked into a restaurant and saw cockroaches all over the place? Are you going to discriminate against that poor restaurant owner and not eat at his place just because of a few bugs and a pungent smell? Is that good discrimination or bad discrimination? We can come up with what-ifs all day long. There is a reason for this 10 year limit on RV's and I think the RV parks are well within their rights to have it of that's what they want to do.
And you did notice my RV is a 2004? That means I only have a little over a year left until I'm excluded and I'm not going to buy a new RV. Oh my gosh, maybe I'll need to get a lawyer and sue for discrimination! Or maybe I'll just need to keep my RV clean and in good shape and if I have a need to stay at one of these parks I'll talk to the manager and explain that to him and see if they'll still let me in. If not, I'll take my business down the road!
All you have to do is make a copy of the title to your MH. Each yr. (white out) the model yr. and move it up 1 yr. You will keep a 9 yr. old unit and you will "show those discriminators". :S

I think you're confused msmith1199. In your scenario I'm not soliciting for business, they are. Big difference.
And when I was in business for myself and soliciting for business I never turned anybody down; ever. If they could pay the bill and I felt I could do the job well, I did it.
You never did say how it was good logic and business sense or why there is a reason for this 10 year limit????
On a side note, there was a man that built a business model on never turning anybody down and giving a cheap price to everybody. I heard he drove around in some POC Ford truck for years. Here is his truck.
I heard he was pretty successful or so I was told? You might have heard of him? I heard he has quite a few stores or something like that? Someone even told me he was a billionaire!!! Ya right, a guy that has quite a few stores is a billionaire and and drives a truck like that? Ha, ha, ha, ha, sure, I think it's just a story. :W
