Use Shark Bite connectors in RV?

I have a need to install portions of 1/2" rigid copper fresh water pipe in visible areas of interior and want small diameter holes in the cabinetry it will go through. Instead of sweating on larger diameter MPT fittings for other system attachments behind cabinets I'm thinking of using Shark Bite Connectors. Anybody with experience on whether Shark Bites work in the RV environment?

go to a local plumbing supply like standard plumbing, you will save $$$ over getting at the big box store.

Sharkbite (Home Depot), Gaterbite (Lowes), Watts and Seatech (various hardware/home improvement stores) all have similar no tools needed push on fittings, and they all work quite well for RV use. My standard spares include a couple of elbows and a couple of in-line shut-off valves. The valves can be used as connectors or end caps, and of course as shut offs until a proper repair can be made.

If I can solder with 95/5 away from the rig, then that is what I do. I have used Sharkbites in tight spots where I can't get a torch and they work great. The only down side is that they are expensive.

I used Sharkbites to replace my water heater and no leaks. I also changed the caps on the low point drains and this year the Pex crimped fittings started leaking. I replaced those also with Sharkbites.

I did this very thing. I installed new crimped PEX throughout the trailer but had one length of copper 1/2" exiting the water heater. The PEX and copper pipe are joined with a Shark Bite fitting. FWIW, I have used the plumbing system at street pressure a number of times and have no leaks.
