What board or card games for rainy days?

We never go camping without the following as long as there are at least 2 of us:

A deck of cards. The different games we play with it are innumerable but some instances are: bid whist, picot/piquet; spades, jass, rummy, war, cribbage, spit, old maid, pokeno and crazy eights. Easy enough to make a dummy hand if needed.

A backgammon set. Checkers. Chess. All in same set.

Uno!

We each play what we want on our computer sitting across from each other. We are not into board or card games much except during the winter when we play with a larger group. Screw your neighbor is a favorite then.

We play farkle or Uno mostly, DW hates cribbage which really stinks because I love it.

We currently play crazy eights, rummy, and farkle quite a bit. We don't yet know how to play hand & foot. We used to play Casino & Spades with two, but have to relearn.

There aren't very many really good two-person card games that I know of. Cribbage is by far the most enjoyable one I know of, and it takes an awful lot for it to get stale for me.

For board games and similar, Boggle can be a lot of fun, and many of the other traditional standards are still good: chess, checkers, backgammon, reversi/Othello, and Scrabble are all good with just two people.

What games are stale to you is rather hard for me to determine via ESP, but perhaps some of these might be of interest.
