Besides living things that is.

We still take my parents old Coleman gas lantern. They acquired it in 1972 when the bought a Minnie Winnebago. They gave it to us in 1992 when we started tent camping. Still works great and have only had to change mantels.

Just asked my hubby the question...his answer...my wife, LOL. He is telling the truth.

Item...our 20 year old Coleman propane stove.

My father-in-law's wool USMC blanket from WWII.

Along a similar train of thought, during one break on a long hike, I was trying to figure out the oldest item of hiking gear I owned. It turned out to be my emergency whistle; I had worn out and replaced everything else.

That's cool - in that vein we have old radio programs from the 40s. They are stored on a USB stick which we plug into our stereo for entertainment when we're without shore power. Not sure this counts though... :h

Although the answers about 'me' or 'my wife' are hilarious, it appears you didn't read the post.

Had to think about it a bit - I was pretty sure it's our TV, but then I thought our 1970s Duncan Hines cookware is probably it.

No! It is our card game of Mille Bornes. My mom got it in the 50s, gave it to me and we've always had it with us and played it with the kids when we camped. (Those were the days before electronic devices.) We still get it out and play every once in a while - it's a perfect game to play while traveling. ๐Ÿ™‚

That's very cool.

I take along a hatchet my dad had for 30+ years.
He's gone now but I always think of him when I use it.

Full timing isn't "always camping". It's a different life style living in an RV.

The wool blanket in the Excursion was made by my great aunt during the depression with wool from her sheep and my mother gave it to me. Last year I had to take my mother to have her eyes dilated and she saw it in the back seat. I though she might not like it being out but she was glad to see it being used.
