My brother spotted this on CL yesterday. Over the top, you tell me? A 6 door Mega Cab RAM!

Here's a LINK to it.

An extremely ugly truck; if it's a limo.....it's still stupid ugly ....Now if it was a dually, it would STILL BE stupid ugly....

I like it. I wonder how much to put that cab on a long bed 5500? That would be an awesome hauler for my TC and boat.

Yes Tim's place will make a dually version if that is what you want to pay for. . . And they buy used Excursions to have around, and will convert one with a brand new drivetrain if that is something that you REALLY desire with $100,000 to pay for it. ..

Fred.

Actually, according to their website, they do not convert old Excursions or install new drive trains in old Excursions.
They remove the rear part of the body from the Excursion and graft it to a new F-250 or F-350 crew cab.

I don't own one and probably never will. 😞

I fulltime and have an F350 CC longbed dually and I have been in several situations that I didn't like at all because of the length of the beast and the turning radius it needs. Don't get me wrong - I love this truck but it has trade-offs. I can't imagine driving that 6-door with a 5th wheel on some of the roads out west that I've been on - or even some of the campgrounds.

Pictures from the link of a $50,000 truck on Craigslist

Looks great! I keep telling my brother that a 6 door car like the Taurus would sell really well for those with a lot of kids. Perhaps a 6 door Edge? But he says that the shippers do not want vehicles that can only fit 6 of them on one shipping truck! SO they keep them under 16 feet long if possible.

I would like to have one someday, but for now I have a 23' long E-450 based shuttle bus.

Money can't buy happiness but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a

Porsche or Country Coach!

If there's a WILL, I want to be in it!

I havn't been everywhere, but it's on my list.

Would not be able to park in a regular parking spot while shopping. Have to take up 2 slots and away from the store.

That would be a challenge pulling a trailer through some cg's we have been in. I do like it though.

Family of 8? There you go! But I do agree, it could be a dually. Or, put a pair of 19.5s on there from Rickson or Vision.

There's that company that also takes a mega-cab truck and adds a long bed to it. Those are some big Rams.
