EV's need gas too - Tow with a Tesla?

Had to laugh when a buddy sent me this pic.

Here's a Tesla on the side of the road somewhere, 2 gennys cranked, to charge his car so he can continue. And a big bucket of gas sitting there. Wow, isn't this fun?

Of course, we all know how environmentally friendly our generators are...:R

I wonder how long he sat there charging until he could go again...

I have to wonder how a seemingly very intelligent person such as yourself, who has been a hard working American all his life can be so anti-US and pro-socialist....
Joe McCarthy, you're baaack!:R

Not even totally sure what you're insinuating... References from this century, or at least from sine I've been alive might be more helpful next time, cause I didn't get the joke, or sarcasm.

But I did have to look up who Joe Mc Carthy was...probably mentioned in history class when I was a kid, and don't remember....never cared much for history class.

Not sure I would call myself "very intelligent" but from the time I heard "We must burn the village to save it" I have tried to look at how my actions affect others, and tried to do best for all.

Any parents around? If your child is acting in a manner that is contrary to your beliefs, acting in a way that will cause society harm, do you try to change the way the child is acting? Does that mean you do not love the child?
Is love of country that much different than love of you child?
The fact is most of the developed nations of the world see we need to change our actions if society will continue, and I fear the rouge nations might be punished

Maybe the driver ignored that !?
Or maybe its just another fake photoshop to throw dirt at Tesla from our regular Tesla haters.

EVERY vehicle made in the last 30 years has at least a "low fuel alarm." Anything in the last 10-15 years has a "miles remaining" readout. They tend to read low, as in if it tells you that you've got 50 miles to empty, it's more like 60-70.

We have ALL been guilty of thinking "I can make it to the next exit." Sometimes we do. Sometimes we don't.

Explanation of China bad air:

So all of a sudden — China and India ain’t putting nothing into cleaning that situation up. So all that bad air is coming from them. But since we don’t control the air, our good air decide to float over to China’s bad air.

So when China gets our good air, their bad air got to move. So it moves over to our good air space. And now we got to clean that back up.

IOW, they will be burning fossil fuels and laughing at us as we ruin our economy chasing the green dream.

You say this like China has quit solar.

Europe is in war mode. Not really focused on cost or the environment as much as keeping the lights on during the conflict.

Germany and several other countries are temporarily using coal to conserve natural gas, something that was usually coming from Russia and is now in very short supply. This is very easily confirmed.

It has nothing to do with more EVs on the road. lol

Compounding their stupidity Germany is still planning to shut down all three remaining nuclear power plants this year unless something has changed very recently.

Washington Post on German stupidity

The last I heard the Washington Post is a left leaning news source and even they think that Germany is stupid for doing this.

Regardless of the notion that pic leads people to believe about EVs, just think about the lack of common sense involved to be sitting literally on the fog line of a divided highway, with a nice smooth relatively flat area just outside the paved shoulder.
Whether the pic is staged or real, the intelligence is lacking on all fronts.
