I have been negotiating on a 2015 f350 lariat swr for about a week. I built it the way I wanted and the sticker is$63010 I think I am a pretty good haggler and I got them down to $53536 and I will be trading in my 06 f250 diesel with 63000 miles on it. They offered $22000 on trade is this a good deal they said they are not going a dollar lower and i am pretty sure there not lying I tried lol.

That's a good deal, especially on the trade in considering $22k is more than about any 6.0 is worth unless it's been studded and egr/cooler delete. (Just had a buddy's stock 06 6.0 with 75k mi on it pop the head gasket last week, just starting it in the driveway. Now he's got a payment on a 7500lb paperweight waiting on a $4-5k repair for just turning the key. )
$10k off of a new one that you ordered seems good too.
I'd be happy with that deal all around.
Did you offer the new owner your condolences in advance? God I hope the dlr didn't make much off the sale or he rally got taken.

Sounds like a fairly good deal to me. I would never spend that much on a truck but that is personal opinion.

In my opinion they are giving you way to much for your trade in. 6.0 strokes sell for dirt cheap around here. So that definitely works in your favor.

Maybe wait a week or so before pulling the trigger. Your salesman may call you up desperate to get another commission before the end of October and be willing to sweeten the deal even more.

Enjoy!

The best way to tell if your getting a good deal is if you feel good about it. If you dont feel good its a bad deal.

I am looking at class 5 trucks and have my class 2 up sale locally. What I am finding is many people do not have that much cash and cannot get financing on their own so they are trying to partial trade boats and firearms. I swear some of the offers feel like a sting operation run by the ATF...

I paid about $32k out the door price for a $40k MSRP on my current truck without a trade in.

$31.5K difference plus tax is a good deal for those 2 trucks around here. Maybe get a half dozen free oil changes or a Ford extended warranty. Have them draw up the final sales deal and look it over carefully for any hidden charges (and the right amount of tax), and drive the new one home.

Looks to be a heck of deal! As with the other posters with the high trade-in values they said to have gotten. Looks like those Ford dealers are giving at or above retail trade-in prices, those dealers must be hard up for sales?

I went back to my dealer 5 days after trading mine in to ask if I could get something I left inside by mistake...
It was in the back being prepped as the guy just signed the papers on it!.. Not sure of the sale amount , but a resale within 5 days!

That sounds like a pretty good deal, especially for a brand new truck! I would do it.

I bought the same truck Saturday on X plan and your deal sounds a little better than mine. They gave me $29k for my 2011 F150 Ecoboost with 58k miles and I thought that was ok. I could've got more if I sold it myself, obviously. And I got lifetime half off oil changes.
I'm not sure of your trade-in deal but the new truck deal sounds good to me.
Good luck.

I know, I have not had one problem with my 6.0 but I am scared I might be pushing my luck and trucks seem to get more expensive every year.
