ordered a new truck ** Updated, with pics

Well, after months of trying to decide what I want to do I made my mind up and went in to see the dealer today.

We went back and forth a bit and ended up making a deal on trading my 2013 F250 in on a 2017 F350 SRW Platinum.

Ford had 0% financing, 4000$ rebate and the dealer moved an extra 8300$ on top of what I though was a really good trade in on my 2013 XTL F250 of 32000$. They also threw in the REV rolling hard tonneau cover.

When for the following combo and options:
F350 SRW Platinum in White gold with the Brunello interior with the 6.7 and 3.55 gears. Added the Fifth wheel prep package and all weather mats, Rhino liner, otherwise its pretty loaded as it stands. didn't go for a sunroof as I use a bike rack on the roof to haul our bikes while towing the Fifth wheel in the summer.

now the long 6-8 week wait starts. I'm pretty stoked about the deal.

Nope, it's an option across the whole lineup. Plus I'm happy to give my buddy who owns the local bullet liner shop the business.

Got news today that my truck was built today. Also got the vin so I could upload the window sticker. Kind of cool. Dealer says they expect it to show up around the 24th of this month.

Just got off the phone with my father, he went in today and got pretty much the same deal on an F350 king ranch SRW truck, he traded his 2010 Tundra crew max on it. Monkey see, monkey do lol!

Same thing happened when I bought the Mustang, he went in a week later and ordered one, Mom says I'm a bad influence. :B

Man, congrats, that'll be a great looking pickup and 350-series SRW trucks are so darn capable nowadays.

Re the pictured tow rig, what a beast. wide track front a must for any dually of mine, makes Ford the only runner in the dully category for me unless I go Dodge C&C.
