All of this is a little disturbing after reading all of the hype on PT's website about their superior construction, testing, etc. When we bought out Outback, we had gone to the RV show for the purpose of looking at one of the Prime Time trailers. The dealer thre didn't have one, DW liked the Outback, and it's all history. I've fixed some minor issues and it's all good.
As far as the OP's problem with the window leaking, I would ask for a detailed explanation as to why a second window would also be leaking. I would submit the probability of two windows having the same problem, while possible, is really unlikely. It sounds like the wall framing for the window wasn't built correctly and the window doesn't have a good surface to mount to and accept the sealant. At any rate, I would want to talk ti a service manager or at least the tech who is replacing the windows to see what is really going on. Replacing a window and resealing it just isn't rocket science.
