Memory Foam mattress topper

Not really a modification per se, but a definite upgrade. Just put the memory foam mattress topper on after airing it out for about a week. (Yeah there's a little odor to it out of the package)

Night and day difference...made me want to take a nap, but had to get back to work. Can't wait to try it out tomorrow night after a long tow. :B

Just got back from our first trip with our new mattress topper. 3inch with a integrated down feather top , wow worth every penney.

Can't sleep without one. In our last RV we had a 2" MF topper AND a feather topper as well! What a nest!

I bout a 4 in gel infused memory topper and then put a padded mattress cover on top. Much better!

That's what I went with, the regular memory foam was to hot. I bought 3" gel memory foam toppers for the house and RV's.

We added memory foam too. The rv mattress was pretty hard but the foam made all the difference in the world. Easy to get a good nights sleep. If you haven't done it, try it. Also, gel foam is better the the hot natured folks.

4inch queen size topper in our new tt is just as comfortable as our mattress topper at home. We have had the house one for 13 years.

Just a quick update...returned from our first trip with the memory foam topper. Worth EVERY penny...I generally sleep hot and it didn't bother me at all. Wife and I both slept better than we ever have in the TT. (She raced in a half Ironman, so I'm sure that made her sleep well too :B )

We put one on ours soon as we brought the new 5er home last year. I'd prefer sleeping in that bed then the one in my stick house.

Just had to chime in... we also put a memory foam topper on the original mattress. We sleep better in the 5'er than we do at home. Probably the the fresh air, the relaxation, and definitely the topper. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and try one out. Your won't be disappointed... 🙂

We did the memory foam upgrade. I HATED it. It felt comfortable for the first few minutes then I began to sweat. I later found out that memory foam tends to store heat. Since I'm a hot natured person I could never get comfortable. If I cranked the a/c whatever part of me wasn't against the matress would be cold and whatever part was against the matress would be hot. Foam gone and new matress installed.
