I also have 20K Pro Series Reese. I traded trucks and got 2017 GMC with the puck system and was considering a B&W hitch but for GM they make nothing heavier than 20k. for GM.
I liked the B&W for the fact that there is a full inch or better of contact on the inside of the jaws to the pin.
I checked out Curt who made a 24k hitch and the inside of the jaws making contact was 3/16 of an inch and the outside about 9/16 so I purchased the adaptors from pullrite to accept or convert from rail to puck system and used my 20k reese. I have only used for one 1800 mile trip and was getting a small movement noise by the time we got home. The puck adaptors use a wrap around roll pin to hold them in and one had compressed a we bit. When I reinstalled my hitch for Florida I tightened the puck a bit tighter.
There was definitely less movement and noise with same hitch in this system.
The other factor about Reese is China.

So far not liking my new 20 k reese hitch. It is the pro series and I think its a cheaper version. Had the dealer put a new rails and hitch in when I bought my new dually. I think iam going back to my 16k b&w hitch. I find I hear a lot of banging from it . Its not my pin box I know that. I can grab this thing and move it around by hand and it bangs.
