Pioneer GPS/Radio Replacement

My Pioneer AVIC d2 seems to have died. It has power but screen does not power up.So I need to fix or replace.Anyone sent one in for repairs ? How did it go ?If I replace, anyone gotten a combo with a GPS/Radio/Backup camera all in 1 ?Let me know.
