Front Air Bags for a 2008 F-53 Ford Chassis

My 2008 Fleetwood Bounder {Ford} came with air bags in back with on board pump, they were installed by last owner, was wondering about putting air bags in front since I have the on board pump, will this help with ride or just a waste of money.:C
