I noticed here in Anchorage at the Fred Meyers in Muldoon that both diesel and regular gas were priced at $3.32 per gallon. Below is news article talking about diesel also being cheaper in a dozen other states.

amazing how many 240's are out there. Haven't seen anything that low around here since last winter. We're down from over 300, during the Independence Day rush.
Diesel compared to gas is on average 40 cents less a U.S. Gallon in Nova Scotia. Closer to 45 cents if you have signed up with a local distributor who offers volume discount. Only catch to do so is you need a company and good credit.
This has been the case for cheaper diesel roughly 6 months.

gas here is high compared to state wide. We put gaas in two days ago at Sams club for 2.25 It is 209 in some locations east of here. Diesel was 2.39, I think but in Athens about forty miles up the road it was 2.19
