Lost my good friend today

Sad to say that my camping buddy Reo Yogi was laid to rest today. Born on April 29, 1999 and passed on June 15, 2013. What a great friend he was. A dalmation who loved to camp, chase bunnies, or whatever he thought he could catch, but couldn't. We were hoping to get a few more weeks and through our great adventure this summer, but some higher power had better plans for him. He will be missed.

Our dalmation is also 13 and we have had him for 9 of those years. He was a rescue pet. I have always had dogs and he is by far the best I have ever had. He is certainly not a pet to us. I can fully appreciate what you must be going through.

I loved my spotted dog...had her (Sparky) for almost 13 years. They are special dogs...wish I had had my rv then...she would have loved it! Sorry for your loss....time to get another!!

So sorry for your loss - just lost my best camping buddy (Australian Shepherd) recently 😞 We have a new pup, and he's a delight - but there's just something so wonderful about the wisdom of an older dog

I too, wish to express my sympathies. God knows most of us Pet people experience this grief and its never easy. Bless you for the "Love" you gave to your "good friend".....we all share in your sorrow. God Bless!

Sorry for your loss. As a dog lover, I understand what you are going through. We lost our chocolate Cocker Spaniel Cody a little over a year ago. I will never forget him and all the things he did. They all seem to go way too soon! But cherish the time you had with your buddy and you were blessed to have that time with him no matter how short. Take care and remember the good times......
