Where do I get custom rugs made?

My coach has 4 interior steps going up into the coach and the manufacturer cut out 4 pieces of matching carpet to cover those steps. The problem is that they look unfinished and are fraying on the ends. Since it's been a year, I'm wondering if anyone makes custom made step covers to fit my interior steps.

Do any of you know of a place I could send the measurements to and they would custom make and finish some carpet pieces (preferably with non-slip backings)?

We had a custom rug cut when we converted the overhead form a sleeping area to a cargo area. We just called around to carpet places and they were happy to accommodate us.

Thanks everyone. Now I know where to look. The two promising sites are: http://www.waderv.com/rv-products.html#mats and http://www.allmats.com/site/439205/page/361383

I'll contact both on Monday and see what they can do.

Cool. Let us know which one you decide to use.

Photos appreciated when you receive your new mats.

We had rugs made at a local carpet store for a room in our house that was unusual. It wasn't too expensive as we were able to pick out a remnant and they bound the edges.

There is a guy who has a little store at Lazy Days RV center who does awesome rugs. You can customize them the way you want. He should be easier to contact through Lazy Days.

I've seen the work and it's really quality work. Can be on the expensive side.

Here he is.

I'd definitely recommend heading to a local carpet guy-have him bind the edges all the way around of a few rectangles that are just smaller than each step(or the same exact size if the material under is not finished steps) Personally I'd get two set or have a few extras made so I can replace if one is stained...

Contact wade RV at lazy days.... I had a step carpets ( inside and out) and carpets in the cockpit made for our 2013 DSDP make a few months ago. If you don't want to drive up, I think they have patterns for most every coach....Wade RV Website

Try Googling rugs for stairs. That's how we found ours and they fit perfectly. Look at kinds that don't cover the whole step when they show it in a home because your RV steps aren't as long. Also, Camping World has some.

Here's just one site:

Contact a local carpet store.
If they can't do it, I'm sure they will know someone who can make them for you.
