You forgot Chevelle! Local band from my high school, Grayslake. Home of the Rams!

As much as I love your music choices so far, gents, I think that you have room for several tracks from a small humble band called TOOL!! Oh yes, and if you haven't heard of another band I'll mention I won't be surprised - a little known band called FODDERSHACK.

Cheers and bang on boys and girls!

I replaced the sickly stock Ford radio with a Kenwood from Crutchfield with blue tooth, usb inputs, external mic for phone calls, CD player , AUX input etc..etc.. We always play Holiday Road when heading out, and i always crank it up. It is fun to see the folks that remember the Chevy Chase movie smile when they hear that playing from the RV. But otherwise, during the long drives, we will listen to an audio book. We enjoy all kinds of music from pop to oldies. I used to do DJ work when i was younger and built up quite a collection of music that is now on flash drives.

I sometimes do the 70's but I also carry 4 or 5 thumb drives with hours and hours of great music . Everything from Moody blues to GaGa tohip hop. My Gmc has multiple ports so can mix it up a lot. Have no less than 950 gigs on a hard drive that ablout covers all kinds of music.

For commuting - local radio station KQRS, interspersed with Sirius XM 70's

For long distances when wife is awake - XM 148 (that old radio program channel) for X-Minus One, Jack Benny, Johnny Dollar, whatever is playing. Like an audiobook in a way.

When wife is asleep - mostly 70's/80's, then hard rock, some metal, some country, sometimes BPM or Channel 53 (XM Chill), When Radio Was.

Or off my phone, Alan Parsons, Pink Floyd, Rush, Yes, Beatles, Blue Oyster Cult... you get the idea.
