Accessories for my new Ram

Hopefully in the next 2 weeks I'll be driving my 3500 SRW Ram I ordered. Now I'm looking at accessories and wondering what others like on theirs? Of course pics are always great.

- Nerf bars: straight or curved? standard or wheel to wheel? 5" or 6"? Already figured on oval over round.

- Mud flaps

- Floor mats

Anything else I'm missing?

I have these and were on my last truck also, i like that they tuck out of the way when retracted. http://m-amp-research.biz/Mobile/Portal/PartDetail/PartDetail.aspx?exppartid=4753421 I also have a Snugtop shell on my truck.

I wish I had gotten full length step bars. I cannot reach my 5th wheel hitch to pin or unlatch without needing to use the opening in my rims as a step and I am almost 6' tall. Same goes for accessing the anchors in the front of the bed when trying to tie down my quads.

Didn't have an issue with the Reese 20K Signature hitch, BUT now do with latching/unlatching the B&W....I purchased one of those "over the tire" step ladders....neatly folds up and you can adjust the step to three different height positions...Paid $35 for it...leave it in 5er when towing...Can unfold it and set height to middle position..drop it over the tire and can EASILY latch/unlatch the hitch and get to bed of truck...Use on front tires when washing/waxing the truck....pretty slick...one item I'm glad I spent the money on.

My truck is called the "Armagedon" truck by some of my co-workers due to brush guard on the front of my truck...It's a Westin, HDX stainless steel with life time warranty....A lot of deer around here and where my camp is in WVa....had some close call's and ended up with this on the front of my truck...Also have Weather Tech window vents, Weather tech laser tech front and rear floor mats...Also mud flaps. I have the OEM steps....have a Weather tech hood deflector...( have lights mounted on my Westin HDX brush bar)...:)

oh, yes, when you lock or unlock the vehicle, the tailgate also locks/unlocks.. I have toolbox in the back and truck came with spray in bed liner. Have the B&W Companion hitch that fits perfectly into the 5er/GN prep package that comes on some of the Ram trucks. Front windows are "legal tint" for state of NC.

Hows about a full tank of diesel and a nice spring evening cruise? That's the FIRST accessory I would buy! Great truck,

Wheel to wheel bars (I went with factory) Line-X, Husky mud flaps and floor liners the best thing I have ever done for a vehicle, you will be floored with how much dirt, slat and water you track in your truck! Front window tinting, Llumar window tint. Lastly and Bakflip cover.

Well, here's a few things I added:

AAM Finned rear diff cover. Noted by RAM engineers to actually reduce temps by 40 degrees.

Rigid SR2-20" hyper/spectre combo and an aux circuit tapped into the 12V power so I can add a few more accessories

Folding Tonneau, I went with the undercover Flex, but I looked hard at the bakflip and there are more mfr's out there as well like Extang.

Upgraded my bighorn interior to some nice leather seats and also ran full length floor mats since I have benches front and back

Ran an extra long tube for the fuel filter so it doesn't dump fuel all over the front suspension

And also have full-length nerf bars that came with my truck. These are aluminum OEM bars

I also have the Mopar commercial flaps. They're just really heavy rubber.

Just picked up our 2015 Ram 3500 SRW 2 weeks ago.

Added mud flaps, Luverne prowler max stainless grill guard, weather tech mats, OEM running boards, and some Cabela's cheapo seat covers for now. Any recommendations for seat covers?

Bestop rear bed step (competitor to AMP Research -- little bit less in cost but works perfectly. Definitely recommend one or the other.
