The rear tires don't show very much load.
The bed would just about be rubbing the rear tires with rear compressed suspension.
The front tires would be cambered out at top and the gap between front tires and truck body would be larger as all that weight on back would unload front axle.
the triangle formed by camper to roof of truck don't match the triangle formed between bed and cab or the triangle formed by the cab of truck and street, or the one between camper and roof.
the camper is not even touching on the tailgate.
and I don't think that camper has enough weight to break the frame.
