Air leveling system

We have a monico windsor 2006 we cannot find anyone qualified to work on it along with the chassis to get the auto system working properly would anyone have or know of any company to do this coordination between the leveling system and the road mast...

Can someone tell me what this is?

May be a stupid question, but I was under the dash trying to fix a blown fuse when I saw this. Grey cap, 2 rocker switches. One says CHECK ENGINE and the othr IDLE INCREASE/DECREASE. Is this the diagnostic port?Dan
