"Automotive" type windows - seal or not to seal

I have a Nexus 28p phantom. Getting ready to go over all the seams. The Nexus has "automotive" type windows and I was wondering whether or not to just go ahead and seal it up with ProFlex RV sealant. Overkill or worth the time?

Entry way step cover...

The step cover motor runs when button is activated but step cover does not extend. I've tried to pull the cover out while motor is running no luck.All suggestions appreciated.
