I would get rid of all the extra cops and cars that are not needed to actually cover an area. If they have time to just harass the citizens and collect revenue by writing speed trap tickets, we don't need them.
Imagine going thru the rigorous police academy training to be sent out to sit and write tickets in a designed speed trap all day.
Just another waste of taxpayer money.
