My Road Call Alaska signs are made and I want to tape them to the back of our Keystone Bullet. They are made like plastic real estate signs.I want them to stick for the trip but not forever and I don't want to ruin the finish on the TT. Any suggestions? lizzie

You do realize that it doesn't get dark in Alaska in the summer so blocking windows is good! ๐Ÿ™‚ Seriously, are there a couple windows in the bedroom that it doesn't matter.

You might also chalk it up as a bad purchase and get some smaller ones for the windows. Two years ago folks even made their own signs on their printer, laminated them and put a couple in the windows. Others hung them from the rear ladder, if you have one.

Have you looked at Command Strips ?
They hold well and come off without damaging the surface that they were put on.

Gorilla tape might be a decent option. I've never tried to remove it, but I think it tends to come off a little more cleanly than normal duck tape.

Taping to the inside of a window (if you have one in an appropriate location) is probably the best idea.

Do you have a ladder on the rear of the RV. Punch some holes and hang them.

Otherwise, they sound like heavy signs and I doubt they'd stay on during the Alaskan trip. Putting them in a window would work if they're not tinted windows.

I used clear packing tape. When I remove the sign, the tape came of OK with a razor blade.

Please post a picture of your sign.. . . ๐Ÿ™‚

Vinyl, not plastic packing tape.
