Heres what I pieced together. Antisal mudflaps from ryderfleetproducts.com about $10 a piece. Aluminum spash guards from autozone i think they were $20. I had add lights on them but they kept shorting out. Bolted together with stainless screws.

The flaps had held together for over 500,000 miles now.

I just bought my third set. Great small American company. Customer service is awesome, order over the phone, seriously great people. Very heavy duty flaps and no drilling required for rust free future. I have them on my current dually, but I don't have any pics of them yet. Had them on my two previous trucks and love them.

I used Husky brand. I found that if you check one pair will fit the front of the wheel as well as the rear. So you need two pairs.
My new DRW and camper on the truck the first time.
