That unit needs to go back to factory for repair. Most logical is roof truss screws driven too far. Roof rafter repair, new roof and new side.
I expect a full replacement for you.

I suspect some form of lighting / cabling holders were pulled out for whatever reason. Its probably "unlucky" that you didn't notice them before you took it away from the dealer... probably because the roller hid things a bit. Nice dealer to not handle this properly.
