The perfect slope is:
For 4-inch PVC piping and a building sewer less than 50 feet long, the minimum slope is 1 inch in 8 feet, or 1/8-inch per foot, and the maximum is 1/4-inch per foot.
This per an internet search.

You may wish to research septic systems, mostly about pitch of the run. Too steep will leave solids behind. Probably 2 or 3 half tank flushes would help.

After dumping you Will need to walk the hose to move all contents down/out of hose then flow clean water thru it and walk it again.
I have THREE 15' sections and have had to use it a few times

15โ Rhino with a 15โ extension would work fine for that. That much downhill would easily allow water and solids to flow out.
