A friends Norcold refrig. is freezing items in the refrigerator or it is not cold enough. No in between. Does not matter the setting of the temp. The unit is about 6 years old. Any ideas what's going on? Thanks

Ive got a 1998 21' Damon Hornet TT with an Atwood water heater. Our last two trips the hot water pressure has diminished to little more than a trickle. I have double and triple checked my valves all seems to be in order. I have downloded the Atwood s...
Never a dull moment. Genuine 10 watt LED chips (they need a heatsink) are not 12.00 volts capable.Driven much higher than 10.00 volts, light output stays the same but heat increases as dramatically as lifespan decreases dramatically.A realistic 2 vol...
Hi all,I was just wondering given the opportunity to run your heaters on AC vs. LP what do most choose? Is gas still cheaper in RVs? I know in homes with standard 50 Gallon heaters it is. When I moved into the RV I just used it on AC power but go to ...
My Trojan 125's are almost 5 years old now, when they were new they were rated at 240 Ah. Now my trimetric is showing 70% at 12.1 volts which I know is wrong. So how can I determine the true Ah rating of my aging batteries so I can reset my trimetric...
Sterility is one aspect that is not mentioned here for obvious reasons (brevity). There is a way to safely, cheaply, and effectively test for water quality and even a beginner gets it right. And it's simple.Link to Introduction...http://www.waterfilte...
It's been mentioned that flooded batteries just keep accepting amps seemingly forever whereas AGM's will stop accepting amps when they're full. Don't know if it's true or not but I can say that my batts show zero amps going in when full and on float....
I have a 2008 30' Trail-Lite Travel Trailer. I am now getting some bubbling/de-lamination on the front/upper skin of the trailer from water around my front upper running lights. Is there a You Tube out there that shows how to repair the bubble/de-lam...

OK so the other day I noticed that my chassis batteries were not being charged as usual. I keep our 2012 Winnebago Journey plugged in at the house all the time, and in the past the chassis batteries were kept at about 13.4v +/-. According to my manu...

As the title says I am planning ahead to replace the fridge in the RV with a residential one. (By planning ahead I mean I want to have it all prepped so when my fridge shoots craps at an inopportune time I can just swap it out). Anyway I currently h...
I'm putting a new drum-brake system on a single-axle cargo trailer. It has a torsion suspension. I have the components ready to go and one of the old, non-brake assemblies removed. It occurred to me, I'm not certain about the torque for the pre-load ...
