99 F53 rear brake rotors

I need to replace the rear rotors on my 99 Southwind V10 F53 chassis.Has anyone done a "99"? Some say you need to pull the axil and some say you don't.I know it'll be obvious when I get into it, but I'd like to know before I start.Thanks,Ellis

2004 Tioga 23e

I have no current to the tv outlet. There is a fuse marked TV and it has 12 volts passing through it. I cannot find the inverter that would convert that to 110. Thanks for any help you can give.
