Another beautiful weekend at my land in Nacogdoches Texas

Couldn't have been better:)
35 degrees at night, 60 during the day.
Sunshine and the bass were biting:)

I've got 232 acres with a gorgeous 12 acre lake. Only one problem: A beaver I've got to get rid of:)

With the new batteries installed, I was able to run the heater all night night both nights and barely put a dent in the voltage level.
Kept the coach a comfy 70 degrees.

Next step is installing my new Renogy solar package and inverter, then I won't have to run the generator to make the coffee in the morning.

a view from across the pond:

If there's any way to post a video, please let me know.

The video you uploaded may not have allowed the high resolutions to be available just yet. Sometimes it takes a couple hours for the higher res videos to be available on YouTube. However, the videos you upload will probably not look as good because YouTube does transcode them to reduce the bitrates. Just part of their business.

It's been a while since I've top fished plugs for bass but it is a lot of fun. That and I see your quad. If I had that kind of acreage, I would build a track for my Grizzly and go nutz.
I love me some land yachting

nycsteve, it's a deal:)

I don't kill things without a reason, and I've got to get rid of him. He's dropping trees all over the pond. He's probably killed over a hundred, some over a foot in diameter, and now they're laying in the pond. PLUS, he's started building on the dam area. If he weakens that, a 75 year old lake will drain out.
Besides, I need a new hat. Just kidding:)

Nice looking place you've got there. Not a very long drive, through -- or is it?

Obviously from Texas. 70 degrees is way too hot. I could have gotten away with no heater at all.

Get rid of beaver......are you looking to kill everything.
Beavers are sophisticated eco-engineers, one of few animals capable of broadening biodiversity.

Good looking property and pond. Celebrate the Beaver!!

That is a beautiful part of Texas for sure. Had a good customer down there. Still know a few people in that area.

I'm not sure why a Beaver is a problem, but looks like a great spot!
