Deep Cycle batteries

This has probably been discussed somewhere but allow me to bring it up one more time.Since deep cycle batteries are designed to be repeatedly discharged as much as 80%, does that necessarily mean that if you don't it will decrease battery life? Addi...

Antena/12V Outlet

We have been learning a lot since installing our solar this year. I was hoping to avoid a permanent install of a large inverter as we use little power. Today I bought a 150W inverter that looks like a small power strip. We have two table lamps that...

Roof antenna lacks smooth operation

Our roof antenna has stopped its normal smooth operation, particularly when lowering. It works, but that is the most that can be said for it. It requires two hands, one to crank, one to keep the crank centered. Any ideas?
