Ultra Low Sulfur Sign Fail!!

I don't know if I'm reading this wrong, but it seems like this mandated posted sign must have been made in China! It says the diesel is ULSD compliant, but NOT to use it in 2007 or newer vehicles! Am I reading it right? Is the sign wrong?Thanks,Brian
