how to put on tie downs?

My husband is confused. LOL What do you attach the tie down to on the truck? I know I keep asking a lot of questions. I'm sorry! But, y'all are just so dang helpful! Thanks!!

Removing TPO roof edge caulking

Ok so it looks like the caulking on the roof between the TPO roof and the rain gutter is starting to crack. Now I use Naphtha to help remove caulking on the rest of the camper but what about the TPO roof ?
