2012 Ram 3500 throwing a P0191 code

It says fuel rail pressure sensor.Possible fix fuel filter or sensor.I replaced fuel filter and disconnected the batteries for about 20 minutes and code is still there. Do I need to leave them disconnected for longer or will that not do any good.Code...
