Molded front cap or not?

I'm looking for a TT in the 27-30 foot range and am wondering whether the ones with a fiberglass (or other) molded front cap have more or less water problems than the non-molded caps? Any other pros or cons?

Slide out switch reversed

The switch that controls my slide out seems to be reversed. In is out and out is in. Can somehow suggest a place to begin to troubleshoot this?Thanks so much.
