Ways to clean ceiling

our 10 year old motorhome is showing its age and we want to brighten ut up a bit. We have grunge on ceiling from cooking and wish to remove it without causing the ceiling material to pull down or droop or discolor much.Thanks in advance.

Slideout Top Seal Came loose

On our new (less than 1 month) Jayco 5th wheel I noticed the black rubber seal (when slideout is out) has come loose or unattached from the wall. What product should I use to glue the seal back on? This is an exterior seal.
